Paying myki fine by ING PayWave?

So the lady get booked for not touching on myki a few months ago and now it's time to pay for that mistake. I notice that fine can be paid at Auspost but i'm not sure if I can split the fine and pay it through paywave to save som $10 on silly money. Has anyone tried it before? I know that Auspost does not accept credit payment for bills but not sure about fines like this one.

Thanks

$200 for not touching on? Wow. It's like $10 in Brisbane

    • Hard life here in melbourne. Now you have PSOs standing near myki touch stations to intimidate travellers.

    • I think OP means touch on, that is, avoiding the fare by not using the card in the first place. It is different with not touching off.

  • OK, confirm that you can pay by credit at Australia Post but the lady at the counter said it was not possible to split the payment, so it's kinda defeat the purpose, I'm not sure about other store tho. So looks like this trick only works if we got some cheap fine like parking fine.
