  I tried to order some of the sample packs and every time I clicked anything the contents of my 'shopping cart' would change, seemingly at random.
  I couldn't seem to get the cart to be stable at all, let alone long enough to place an order.
  I might try again later, but your site is unusable at this stage as far as I can tell.

    We aren't aware of any problems with the shopping cart and haven't had any other reported issues.
    Can you advise which browser you were using and whether it was the shopping cart module (shows up on the right when items are added), the shopping cart page or the shopping cart on the checkout page?

      Using Chrome, also tried FF and it happened with both.
      The cart on the right would add the item I clicked on, but would usually lose everything else and sometimes have something I hadn't clicked on.
      The cart page itself listed >$90 worth of items which I hadn't selected.
      It may be that I am using it from behind the University of Sydney proxy, so this could be causing issues if someone else on campus was also looking at your site depending on how you track a customer.

        Very similar to what i was having although i wasn't using a proxy. Weird issue

      I also had an issue. I added 2 different products to my cart, pressed checkout, and then on the checkout page on the right it listed another product before loading the other 2 products I originally wanted…

      Very weird, I think you may need to investigate this urgently.

      Chrome version 33, which I doubt makes a difference as others are using firefox with the same issues.

  Ive also got the same issue. Tried to buy the green tea sample pack and when i went to either shopping cart or the checkout there would be the other 2 sample packs added to the cart.

  I tried firefox & chrome but both had the same issue.

  Just letting you know that i placed order now (order 124) and received confirmation email but website said "The page you requested cannot be found"

  Looks like the order went through fine though :)

    I also managed to get an order to work. #128.
    It seems to have worked in the end.
