Hey guys,

There's a promotion at the Movenpick store (QV) where I'm working at now. Basically, you get a free extra scoop of ice cream with your purchase of any single/ double scoop of ice cream in a cup or cone, by liking 'Movenpick QV' on Facebook and showing it to us at the counter. Sorry but you cannot have the free scoop in a separate cone or cup (please don't try and 'buy' an extra cone or cup from us), it's company policy, please don't put us (the poor staff) in a spot. I'm just the messenger, don't shoot me if you don't like this!

You save $2 off a regular double scoop =)

  Be aware that the Moevenpick Facebook site is a public Facebook page and not a business page. All likes are publicly viewable with default settings.

  Is there any link to show this promotion is happening? Are you verifying Facebook likes?

    Nah, you just like it on your phone and show it to us at the counter. Just like the right one on Facebook(Movenpick QV). Simple as. I don't think this is across all Movenpick outlets so doubt if there's any online promotion. I'm not in charge of marketing, so I'm not an official rep. I just work there, thought you guys might wanna know about this (it IS a bargain after all).

      Cool. I think you should offer to be the online marketing person as it seems to be non existent looking at the website. Do we get anything if we mention Ozbargain? :)

  I personally won't be taking up this deal (I hate Facebook likes), but their Ice Cream is bloody good, particularly the Chocolate.
