Wondering which Galaxy model phone to buy. S3 or S4?

I want to buy a phone outright and am tossing up between the Samsung Galaxy s3 or s4.

Kogan has the s3 i9305 for $309 and the s4 i9506 for $449.

I'm keen to get opinions on which at those relative prices is better.

I'd appreciate any suggestions

    S4 has full hd display, better cpu, gpu, larger battery, infrared port, more sensors, better camera, thinner, 1g lighter, later version of android, and it looks better.

    LG G2 and Sony Xperia Z are also good alternatives.

    With the G2 you're looking at much bigger screen and longer battery life.

    Xperia Z is well, water resistant and is also fairly cheap from MSY at $429.

    I use the S3 and S4.

    Very good price on the i9305 (S3), and I'd suggest it.

    I find it less bulky than the S4 as it's more rounded. Even side by side the full HD screen isn't a huge leap. Also doing tasks side by side they're both as zippy as eachother. I do run custom roms though (so I'm running both on Android KitKat).

    I've kept away from the Xperia Z as it's squareness makes it huge (big bulge in the pocket). The pay off is that it's waterproof.

    Between S3 and S4 -> S4 hands down.
    Have a look at the Nexus 5.

    Also Kogan is dodgy.

    And Fruit thanks for pointing me to the Nexus 5. I think that will be the option. Now this being ozbargain, is there anywhere that sells it cheaper!? ha

    Im looking at these phones too. Also the LG G2. Gotta say, having no micro SD slot is such a pain in the arse. Just dont understand why all phones dont have it. Cant understand why people would buy phones with such great specs and features and be locked to 16gb. 32gb might be bearable but still……

    If you're mildly tech oriented (ie willing to put custom roms on) I want to re-iterate the S3 (4G) over the S4. I've been using both side by side and I can't stress how much I think the S4 was a flop- fatter (more square) and really the screen isn't a huge difference. Only real noticeable thing is the camera
