    How well does the pasta extrusion work?

      Hello misterpotatomato, thank you for your comment. There are 5 pasta extrusion dies which come in addition to mincer attachment. This package also includes a flat pasta roller, which is very efficient and has 9 different thickness levels, which can either be cut into desired shapes or used flat for lasagna.

          It can extrude GF dough as long as the consistency of the dough is kept firm.

    I am very tempted to give this a try. It gets great 4.5* reviews. I must admit though, many many (actually most) of those reviews are by people who have only ever reviewed 1 item, yours!! Others have reviewed 2 or 3 items, yours at 5 stars and the Kenwood Chef at 3 stars without any other history so, yeah… not sure whether or not to take a punt.
