COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTION TERM

This promotion commences at 12.01 am Australian Eastern Standard time on Monday April 7, 2014 and ends at 12:00am Australian Eastern Standard time on Thursday April 17, 2014 (Closing Date).

ELIGIBILITY

Entry is only open to Australian residents – where a winner is under 18 years of age, prizes will be awarded only if the consent of their legal guardian is first given and obtained.

Employees (and their immediate families) of Lenovo, Lenovo Resellers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

HOW TO ENTER

An entrant must satisfy all of the following in order to qualify:

(a) Entrants wishing to enter the competition (Initial Entrant) may subsequently invite others to the promotion (Invited Friends). To earn one (1) entry in the promotion, the Initial Entrant and one (1) Invited Friend (collectively a Team) must submit their respective form as instructed to qualify as one (1) Team entry.

(b) The Initial Entrant, must ensure they complete all mandatory fields of the online entry form, and submit as instructed before the promotion Closing Date. Upon successful submission of the entry form, he/she will receive a unique link that may be sent to one or more friends being invited to the Team.

(c) The Invited Friends, having received the invitation to the Team from the Initial Entrant, must ensure they fully complete all mandatory fields of the online entry form and submit as instructed before the promotion Closing Date. Upon successful submission of the entry form and having teamed up with the Initial Entrant, he/she will receive a unique link giving them the opportunity to become the Initial Entrant by sending one or more friends an invitation to join a new Team.

(d) The Initial Entrant and their Invited Friend will only be allowed to team up once. Any attempt or suspected attempt to team up more than once with the same group of two by using multiple email addresses or a pen names, or any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain an erroneous phone and/or email address or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may also be disqualified by Lenovo.

PRIZES

The two entrants on the winning Team shall each receive one (1) Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon with a recommended retail price of AU$1,749. Only two ThinkPad X1 Carbon’s are on offer in this promotion. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
