  From my experience with them you get the key within 5 minutes, its a photograph of the code from whatever it was stuck on and all your game key photos are under your account section on the website. Overall I've had a good experience with them.

$37 AUD isn't really a bargain considering you could get the boxed version for $40 before from DSE.

It's also $38.43 at GamingPanda. Surely the OP can do a better discount than ~$1.50.
