  Who will be offering this support and warranty? In what location(s)? Are the repairers authorized by SAMSUNG? Will a replacement be offered if repair is not possible/economical or will take too long? Are SAMSUNG parts used?

    Hi,
    The warranty is covered by our service center in Sydney, not Samsung. Item is replaceable within 14 business days upon receipt if it's manufacture fault, if over the date limit, item can be repaired under warranty. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Our company will be offering the support and warranty. We have our service agency to have the phone repaired. Buyer could return phone to our service center in Sydney. A replacement will be offered within 2 months of purchase if it's manufacture fault. We could provide postage return to buyer within 3 months of purchase. Usually it takes 5-10 working days for repairs. Samsung parts are used during repairs.

    Tried over at OW north ryde. No luck. Almost got it but then the manager had to check and they wont do grey imports. You never know your luck thou.

    NOT 'Grey import'. The phone(s) have not been imported.

    You, the purchaser, are importing the phone from Hong Kong.

    The (unknown) seller is in Hong Kong. exponline appears to be acting as an agent. They may collect payment on behalf of the unknown supplier, I can't be sure. They appear to be offering local warranty support on behalf of the supplier/seller.

    They, exponline state that they are "an Australian company". However, there is no evidence of an ACN on their website.
