On the tiled floor,at the bottom of the door frame of the sliding door to the back yard, I found somethings looking suspicious,they look like cockroach poo or could they be something to do with termite? Could someone shed some light on this?

We had regular ants make 'dust' like that when they decided to move in under the shower recess, but then there was decaying wood there from when previous inhabitants had flooded the bathroom.
BUT you really should be contacting a building and pest inspector for that, simply for peace of mind at the very least.
Looking at that first pic (the closer-up one) it really looks to me like the only thing holding that corner together is the paint. I suspect if you were to gently poke it that you'd find literally nothing there but the paint.
I know the pic looks misleading, the architrave is not real timber, ( someone said it is "MDF", not sure of the correct term here)and it is blown up by rain sipping through the tiny gap between the aluminium frame and bricks outside. I knocked at it this morning, it sounded rather solid ( definitely not hollow).
