I have recently gone a Nobo E4EU24 heater the reason we chose this was because it is safe to touch won't burn the kids if they touch it but turned it on cannot touch it with burning does not cool down Nobo said test in a small room and see if it does the same thing it did so went back with a faulty thermostat fast forward 2 weeks got another new one and same thing only this one is even hotter I can't touch it for more than a second as it is way too hot
Has anyone had this issue?
don; t really want to take another one back as second time is a bit embarrassing they said I was the first nobo unit they have had returned in the last 5 years surely 2 units that i happened to get can't both be faulty can they?
one was from the store and the other was shipped from melbourne
