Telstra $30 starter kit - where to buy?

Anyone know where to get a $30 starter kit for cheap?

I've frequently seen them come up here for $10 but now that my contract is ending (in 2 weeks) they're no where to be found!

Need the micro SIM variety

Harvey Norman usually have this for $15 (and usually available in both SIM sizes). My local has had it for $15 for months and months now
