Good bang for buck 23 inch monitor

I'm currently running off a very old Dell monitor and would like a new one that has excellent bang for buck. Price doesn't matter, just price per dollar of performance.

23 inch is preferable although anything else is good. I've got a HD7950 in case that helps

    Hey bud,
    I've got a Dell 22 or 23 inch monitor, really like it.
    Got it for around $230 if I remember correctly, when it was like 30% off.

    Doesn't look like they still sell it, would definitely recommend them if you can find em. I think they stock the 24 inch version now though.

    Apparently MSY still offer a Viewsonic 23" for $139.
