I could be wrong but I seem to remember that on so long as one account on XBOX One has Gold, any account on there can use the features.

      Even the 360 version reviews better than the XBONE version, not that anyone is surprised by Metacritic's opinion of the bone anymore. (Spoiler it's quite low)
