Depends on the quantity you need. If it's large quantities you're better off getting it from a landscape supply company who can dump a truckload at your door. Otherwise Bunnings will be good - they sell several brands of garden soil in 25lt bags, e.g.
Edit: For sample bulk prices see Turtle nursery and ANL prices. You'll have to add delivery on top of that.
