Just a question in regards to the C 200 Sedan Sports @ $54,900 drive-away, includes 18in AMG Wheels, AMG body styling at MB Parramatta.
Possible to negotiate it lower?,

The new c class is coming out in around a month or so, so if your purchasing the old run out model (current style), then yes
As Kasaumi says, new model due out real soon. Not sure I like the new shape though, the current interior I prefer as I don't like the round vents and tacked on screen on the new model. I'm holding out for a good deal on the current estate, ideally the cdi as the mileage on it is incredible. If you can hold out until eofy as I'm planning to do I'm sure there will be some good last minute deals.
I agree. I really dislike the tacked on screen. It looks and feels cheap.. The BMW 320d is much better

Am also leaning towards the CDI, purely for mileage as Unleaded/Diesel is on par these days, diesel better mileage..
Diesel is usually false economy in a small-medium car. These cars are generally more expensive to purchase and service. New generation turbo petrol engines offer similar levels of consumption and torque characteristics.
I seem to recall the E200 is on sale also. Other than body styling, any significant improvements over the C200?
The E-class has significantly better interior, more internal space and better driving dynamics but it's a disaster to get it with a tiny 2L engine. Very under-powered and cheap for a premium car.
How much lower do you think it can be negotiated to? Test drove the car and wasn't too bad. Ready to place an order. I am just abit worried if wait till end of financial year the color i want may not be there.
More power than cla 200 and alot roomier at the back. Cla waiting time is 6 months.
CLA200? You will not get the car for another 6+ mths minimum…All Merc dealers are taking deposits on the CLA models and find it difficult to provide a date to when the car will arrive. I know this as I test drove the CLA45 and that has a 12+ mth waiting list after you have paid your deposit.
Is this the price for a NEW car?
Looks to be the previous generation. I was surprised by the price when I saw the thread title, but then I saw the date, 2014.
