Fake Sennheiser Momentum on-ear?

Hey guys,

I'm considering purchasing a Sennheiser Momentum on ear headphones for $220 from this seller:

Although I was wondering what the chances are that this product is a counterfeit?

  • If you don't trust him don't buy from him…

But if you wanna take the risk, use this and paypal to pay for it if you decide on buying.

  • Your guess is as good as mine. This particular seller has a great feedback score, and seems to be Australian based. As Zero suggests, use pay pal and have a look for some feedback left recently about the headphones in question, if you're unsure.

  • So I took the risk and paid via PayPal. Although, alarm bells are now ringing inside my head after discovering the merchant's name on the PayPal receipt:

    Megatronics Technology Sdn Bhd

Should I be concerned that they are a seller from Alibaba which is known for dealing with counterfeit goods? What can I do?

  • I guess I should of done more research. :'(

I just came across this thread on Whirlpool:
