The wife sent me out to get some goon as it was advertised as 3 for $36 at BWS. I went to buy it (a little embarressed) and the guy told me to go get a catalogue from Woolies so he could scan a coupon and sell it to me for less. That brings the price down from $36 sale to $30. Bargain.
For those wondering, these casks go on sale every few months, usually 3 for $32-36 but the last time it was $30 was Jan-2013 I believe.
Sale ends today I think, so chop chop.
Some varieties taste like crud, I think the Shiraz is to be avoided, wifey drinks the dry red and reckons that's fine.
