HP given slap on hands for cashback policy

""The ACCC received more than 190 complaints about Hewlett-Packard's cash back and gift promotions over the past year, primarily related to sale of personal computers and printers," ACCC chairman Graeme Samuel, said today."

They have changed their cashback redemption policy & provider because it was - of course - 'someone else's fault' that they took months and months and months to pay people back, but now - much to all our joy and delight ;-) - all will be well again. Not holding my breath (and even if I was, they're apparently still averaging 40 days to give money back…)
