Autoeurope car rental reliable?

I recently searched for a rent a car and found autoeurope.com.au provides cheapest rates with no cancellation fees.I used to book through vroomvroom, but autoeurope's rate was almost half.They also offer excess insurance for $7.50 which is far less than competitors. Has anyone booked with them and if yes what is your opinion?

    I lived in Dublin for 2 years and used AutoEurope almost exclusively for car rentals. Only ever had a good experience with them, for both domestic and continental rentals. I highly recommend them (and still use them on the rare occasions I get back to Europe).

    I have used AutoEurope , in Europe, several times now.
    Excellent service and rates, each time. Would not use anyone else.
