    I LOVE my yoga! Only started a bit over a year ago but already have seen massive improvements in flexibility and core strength. Used to get a sore lower back ALL the time and would also have these intense leg cramps a lot of the time too.

    Now, I can't tell you the last time I had a sore back.

    • nice, who is filming down there ? we did our scuba diving last week, and it was awesome

      • I just filmed it on my gopro and made it up when I got home.

        Scuba would be great - was thinking about doing it with Jamie, have just been a little busy.

    • So how often would i have to do the yoga in this ebook? Doesnt really mention a training schedule. Do you do all the poses in one session?

      • I am uncertain about the yoga in this book, but I try to go at least 2-3 times a week.

        I'm always doing different series of poses working all parts of the body - they all strengthen each other.

        Biggest thing to remember is just because you don't look like the book/instructor doesn't mean you're doing it wrong - you just have to work with what you've got! I could hardly do ANY of the poses when I started and would spend a lot of the class resting on my mat. But slowly and steadily I am building my strength and flexibility for more advanced poses and hopefully will continue to do so!

  • Is it only me who can't see the button to buy this book on Amazon. This has never happen to me on Amazon before..

    • me too cant see it after i logged on to amazon with my account details which are registerd for .com.au site.. :( it says you cant buy this book with this logon :(

    • Is it for new users only.. I tried on a different browser and managed to see the button. However after pressing the button and then I have to log in. The next screen doesn't have the button and say that you are unable to buy this but no reason. :)
      I gave up.

    Tell you guys a simple mod. Type ".au" after "amazon.com" for any link and it works everytime!
