Broken Dualshock 4

So I need some advice on what to do about my dualshock 4 controller

Basically the r1/l1 buttons kept getting stuck and my triggers were squeaking, annoying me heaps, so I opened it to clean it, and a little piece of plastic broke off the trigger

I am assuming it wouldn't be under warranty now? Or would sony have no clue it was opened (no sticker seals or anything)

All I need really is a replacement trigger but can't find any online.

Anyone have any advice for me?

    Return it to place of purchase. Sony are aware of these.

    Does tinkering with the controller void the warranty like a console? Most searches for this problem seem to be solved by going to where you bought it, like where's that cake mentioned or contacting Sony directly…

    Yeah Sony should help you out it is a known issue
