  • I think it 's all fine if you have no problems with the phone or product,They are very competitive…
But if you do have any issue then it would take more time to solve/repair…
Never actually had to deal any warranty/issue with them.
From the feedback, bad ratings mostly apply to customer service

  • I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 last year and it came within the expected delivery time with no problems at all.

  • Bought a Note 2 4G last year… came via Hong Kong- took about two weeks (mobile was a euro model but works fine here, have even changed a firmware and all ok )never had to contact Kogan so i guess that is the risk you take as the warranty is thru them not the Manufacturer, ie: Samsung

  • I bought a Galaxy S3 a couple of years ago with no problems, and I bought a Galaxy S5 a couple of weeks ago with no problems thus far.

  • My son had a problem with his Galaxy S3 - screen cracked even though he didn't drop it. They didn't believe him and refused to help. It was an awkward one though, as it looked like it was in bad condition. But the cracking was on the outside, not with a central crack and then cracks coming out from that, which is what you'd get if you dropped it.
Anyway, the general opinion is that service is terrible.

  • Don't Waste your time.
The Hassle is not worth it.

I am currently involved in a discussion with the ACCC, Apple and My solicitor in regards to a phone I purchased from them.
Apple Has informed me they are looking into complaints made about Kogan manipulating the public to think they are an apple authorised reseller.

Trust me 100% On this, Do NOT purchase from Kogan. You just need to google the name to see the endless amounts of complaints raised against them. and don't think it won't happen to you. because it will. The money you save is not wroth the hassle and loss of income in the long run.
