A nice restaurant in Brisbane for dinner on Mother's Day?

Hi everyone,
I have decided -in the very last minute- to take mum to a restaurant tonight but I don't know anywhere and I haven't got a good advice yet. It needs to be reasonably priced with some nice food (buffet will work but not Sizzler-ish, needs to be something a bit better), location around Central Brisbane (could go up to 15-20 km. further if it's worth it). Your help is greatly appreciated!

    McDonalds

  • Bring her to surfers and have a bbq

  • Malaya Corner at Sunnybank is cheap and cheerful.

    • They also have a branch in city, Elizabeth St

Casino buffet is pretty good. It is definitely better than Sizzler (although I love cheese toast) and about the same price, $35 tonight.

Seafood buffet there is really good too but only on Friday and Saturday nights.

  • I used to live in new farm and can highly recommend this place.

Not crazy expensive, gives a great premium experience, and food is always excellent.

My favourite restaurant in brizvegas was 'two small rooms' however that is expensive and you'd need to have booked in advance (plus probably not open Sundays)
