Looking for a low-budget 3G Android tablet. 10.1 inch. Max $300.

My Tegra2 Lenovo Thinkpad is now getting a bit long in the tooth now. Looking to grab a newer tablet, hopefully with good battery life and is lightweight. Any ideas?

Requirements: (EDIT)

3G Optus 900mhz/ 2100mhz
1280 x 800 IPS display @ 10.1 inch form
16GB of system ROM
1GB of RAM

I'm aware of this deal here but I'm not so keen on getting a refurbed device.

    +1 for nexus 7 (2013) I also have an ipad air (for work) and prefer my little nexus.

    I've got iPad 3 and Nexus 7 (2013). The Nexus is the best buy I've ever had.
