Largest print size for 1280x960?

Hi all. I have a low quality picture captured from my phone with a resolution size of 1280x960. What would the largest print size that I could get from this resolution? Also, does the sizing differ whether it is printed on photo paper or canvas, etc? If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. It is a very special photo to me and would like to hang it up if possible.

Also, it would be helpful if you could provide the recommended sizes for other resolutions.

    Says the best you would do is 4 x 6. Or 5 x 7 if you stretch it.

      Hi hashtagbargain. Thanks for that. The file is only 300kb so I guess a framed photo will be the best I can achieve.

    You can print it any size you like there's no technical limitation it's just that when you look closely the detail won't be there, it will be blurry. If you make a wall print remember that you will also be looking at it from further away.

    Having said that your picture is about 2Mp perhaps less if interpolation was involved. That generation of digital cameras was just good enough for 4x6 prints as hashtagbargain says.
