Take Residue off Paint

I have bought ex taxi so I could teach my wife driving - offcourse I purchased it due to low price.

My only concern is Taxi sticker mark on the front bonnet. The residue has been removed however you can still read Taxi probably because the sticker was there for a long time.

Is there a way to get rid of this Taxi mark?

    It sounds like it might be sun fading rather than residue. Not sure what you could do about that, if anything. Eucalyptus oil will take care of any sticky residue.

    possibly a good cut and polish may remove the sunfaded paint.

    or repaint it. is it white or orange?

      It is white colour car. I have got buffer machine and all polish/cutting and waxing material but I am not sure if it's going to work.

        try a small spot. and see how it goes. otherwise white is easy to re-spray.
