expired Olight I3S XPG2 Torch 1xAAA DealExtreme $16.36 Purple Only

Great price for a great little torch. Buy it for your lady, or your soon-to-be-lady, or your wannabe-lady, or for your man who likes purple. I am one of those men who want to buy it for my man who likes purple.

Looked at a bunch of quality keyring lights and this comes in with the best balance of size, run-time, usability, and beam quality. This is NOT a shitty $3 torch.

And using AAA, anh not even CREE led. This is a rip-off.

        It has a Cree XP-G2 R5

"….not even CREE led. This is a rip-off."

Did you even read the description? Apparently not.

I read the deal description and didn't see the word Cree in it.

If you had real interest in the item you would read the description at DX and then you would see Cree written several times.

        apparently you don't know "Olight"
they are the premium makers of flashlights out in the market.
        Some others include but not limited to are;

All these are your high end flashlights that will last for decades. the craftsmanship on these are on a different level compared to those couple of dollar flashlights. (I still get them coz they're cheap and fun)

if you're a flashaholic like me, go on youtube and type in goinggear and you'll see the owner, Marshall, reviewing hundreds of high end flashlights.

        Sorry I haven't read it properly :)

Don't get me wrong, this might seem expensive compared to the cheap $3 torches, but this is worth every bit of $16.

I am tempted to neg. I am thoroughly pleased with the torches I have bought from Tmart, all of which were comfortably below $5.

      Cree XP-G2 R5

not bad price really compared to other tourches using the same led. says its 20% brighter than the orignal XP-G.

      "I am tempted to neg."

Good that you didn't, your reason would have been bogus. If you are happy with your Tmart cheapies, that's fine but it doesn't mean that a better torch isn't worth more.

Picked up one of the CREE q5 single AA torches from the ~$3-4 deal recently and am super impressed by it. This torch would have to be extremely good to drop $16 on…
