It actually comes to $98, and you can also get free delivery if you choose for delivery over the weekend. Let Woolies lug those big boxes around for you.

    • I hadn't gotten to clicking checkout yet, I just calculated the discount in my head :D

    • Great tip. Ordered 4 boxes to be delivered on Saturday and total was 98.

  • +1

    4 x 64 = 256 diapers -> $0.38c each

'Usual' price works out to $0.55c each..

    Good deal by any standard.

    Thanks OP

      • +18

Your advice is noted, and ignored. Try having kids before you tell others how to raise them…

        • +5

          Keep digging that hole

        • Surely the 'jumbo' refers to the quantity of nappies within the box, rather than the nappies themselves.

        • -6

The jumbo is the size of the box, the number of nappies per box reduces as the child gets larger, starting at around 108 per box and dropping to around 60 per box.

I know this as I have three children 4 and under myself.

I don't know why people are so defensive on here and accuse me of not having children?!?

If your child weighs around 18kg then buying nappies makes no sense any more, they should be capable of learning to use the toilet.

        • Weight = Development Stage?

        • +2

After having 3 children yourself one would expect you to know that every baby is different. That means different weight and height, teething, food habits, sleep patterns, ability to walk and toilet training of course. And don't forget that toilet training can take months from the minute they start training till the time they become nappy free

        • -8

          Weight = Development Stage?

Maybe you're feeding them too much? ha ha

        • And don't forget that toilet training can take months from the minute they start training till the time they become nappy free

An occupational therapist told us that's the most common mistake people make, falling back to nappies over months. Once you start toilet training you need to go 'all in' on undies and be prepared for accidents because unless they have accidents they won't learn about knowing when to go

        • +2

lucky your "occupational therapist" is not a driving unstructor!

        • -1

It's clear your wife/partner is the one raising your kids and you just like to chime in with useless comments with have no basis in reality, worry about your own kids and stop telling others how to raise theirs

        • Sigh…!I wish my eldest had been textbook toilet trained :(

        • -2

It's clear your wife/partner is the one raising your kids

          You're SO wrong it's funny

People just hate hearing what they don't want to hear

          Have a sense of humor

        • +1

It's clear your wife/partner is the one raising your kids

pretty large claim to make on someone you pretty much know NOTHING about

        • Its not funny

        • +1

My son was in the largest size at 18m. And before you stupidly accuse me of having an overweight child, he is 107% for height, so STFU. If you can kindly explain how to toilet train an 18m old, I'm all ears.

Seeing as you can't, I'd recommend you stop being judgmental, stop telling other people what to do and how to live their lives, and stop imagining that just because something was true for you, it is true for everyone else.

    SAVE514 has now expired.

    • +1

just worked for me in the last 5 minutes.

  • Thanks, worked for me.

  • +2

    Or 3 Jumbo Huggies Nappies + anything@ $10

  • Great just purchased these, 4 delivered for $98

  • it didn't work for me when i tried 1 hour ago. For some strange reason when i put the 4 items in the cart it gives me free delivery staright away(-$11) then when i put the first code it takes $10 off and after the second code it takes only $2 extra off(-$12 in total plus free delivery= $108)

    • +2

GF I take it your order was $120 worth.

You had to do "save514" first then "10off50"
      subtotal: $120
      save514(10% off) = 0.9 * 120 = $108
      10off50 = $108 - $10
      new subtotal = $98.

If you are doing 10off50 first then save514, you'll get
      subtotal: $120
      10off50 = $120 - $10 = $110
      save514(10% off) = 0.9 * $120 = $108 (10off seems to be omitted here)
Their system omits any previous discounts applied before the save514 and checks to see what you should be charged(discounted) based on save514.
hence the new subtotal = $108.

      • +1

thanks BK but i tried both ways(also emptied my cart before trying to put codes in different order). I will check again and report back
Update: no go. it appears it accept only one of the two codes

      • other way around - TENOFF50 is 10% off, SAVE514 is $10 off :)

        • nothing works for me :(. the strange thing is that when i click checkout it already removes -$11(delivery cost) so I think that counts as one code and I can one use max 2 codes

        • +1

Set up an account on behalf of your partner, apply for the EDR card and it should probably work.

  • thanks op - fantastic bargain :)

  • thanks worked for me 98 dollars for 4 x Huggies nappies

  • Thanks OP, a great buy. $98 delivered.

  • Worked me for, thanks mate!

  • Thanks OP. Great bargain!

  • Good stuff, thanks OP!!

  • +2

    Good deal, OP!

For those who received a booklet of vouchers from Woolies, one of the vouchers is stackable- the one which gives $5 off a $60 purchase. I'm believe the voucher booklet is a targeted promo.

If you stack that voucher in addition to the two codes above (both still work), you can buy four boxes for just $93. Amazing unprecedented deal!

  • +3

Got one more code which works —- REWARDA1
got the 4 huggies to much cheaper when all 3 codes combined —- http://goo.gl/pLQjaQ

    • +1

that code doesnt seem to work for me ?

    • thanks - just checked email and also received REWARDA1
      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/131491#comment-1986789

i thought that it was max 2 codes combined?

      obviously not - nice :)

    • Seems this one is targeted, I got REWARDA3 in my email 10% off orders over $330

      • +1

you must be a big spender :)

  • +1

damn should have waited for all the stackable vouchers to appear :(

  • -1

This deal gives me the sh*ts

  • Thanks OP…now I am stocked up!!

  • oh 4 boxes of 64 nappies. I was thinking, these must be gold lined if you only get 4 for $100 :/

  • +1

    • must be all caps, and its TENOFF50 not 10off50.

      • Still not working :-)/ Im using Chrome and i applied SAVE514 first. I am logged into my account and located in WA if that makes a difference

      • Ok, saw the other thread. You need to be a EDR Member for TENOFF50 to work. Might be worthwhile throwing that up in the OP.

  • Anyone willing to give me their EDR card number so I don't have to sign up. I hate store rewards cards (i'm paranoid about them tracking my habits along with google and all the rest of them).

    :D

    • +2

wow runs edr so either way they're tracking you - sign up to edr with different/dummy details to mess with them :)

      • yeah, they tracking- gave me list of what I bought last week as well.

  • Does anyone know if you can use these codes on multiple orders?
As the 10% off and $10 off combination would provide slightly better value over two orders if I want to order over $200 worth of goods.
Also the REWARDA1 and REWARDA2 did not work for me - though I did just sign up (existing EDR members)

  • +1

Can I just ask for all those experienced out there, how many boxes would you need before moving onto the next size? Sorry I know its probably a "depends" question … but baby is coming in a few more weeks and not sure what to expect / how many to go through per day/week/month . Want to stock up … Thanks

    • Every child is different. My two are 2 and 3.5 and both use the toddler size, which I'm sure would be too small for other similarly aged. You'll also go through them at different rates depending on age.

For newborn, you will go through them fairly quick so buy heaps - ~3-5 nappies a day. Once you're through those, you should have a good grasp.

    • +1

If you are expecting an average sized bub, then probably only buy one box of newborns and see how you go. Otherwise, buy infant size which you know you will go through heaps of anyway, and just buy the newborn size as needed. I never used heaps of newborns(sorry can't remember how many boxes, maybe even only 1 (there are a lot of nappies in the newborn box though), my babies were 3.5 and 4kg. You will go through A LOT of nappies in the first few weeks/ months, then it will slow down when things get a bit more regular. I suppose it all depends on how much storage space you have as well. Hope that helps - also look on baby forums for this answer, I'm sure it has been asked a zillion times.

    • +1

My son was 9 pounds born stayed in Newborn for a month and then grew through the infant and the crawlers in 1 month (huge growth spurt). When they are NB you go through 8-10 nappies a day….so you should get a couple

    • +2

also, nappies are the best gift to parents of any newborn. so even if you order 4 and not use them, you can give them as "welcome" gifts.

    • +1

we used 1 box newborn, 2 infant, but our bub was 3.96k and has grown very very fast. I wouldn't recommend getting much more than 2 boxes of newborn, stock up on the next few sizes up tho - in our case we have been at Walker size for over 6 months, and we go through a box a month… though we do use cloth nappies too through the day to cut down our use.

    • Depends on the size of the baby when born. Ours was 3.4kg and we used about 4-5 boxes of newborn size.
Get 2 newborn boxes and stock up on the next size up. You will need them within 2 months.

    • Some good info below. Depends on what your financial situation is (means your sitting boxes of next size for weeks-months) but don't stock-up on newborn. Specials like this can save a fair bit of money… but it's just sitting there. $27/$28 common-enough.
      Similar with baby formula.

    • +1

Also, Woolworths instore will almost always happily exchange for the next size up in a few months time if the packaging is undamaged, especially if someone plays " dumb dad bought the wrong size"…

    • Thanks heaps !!! =D

  • Thanks OP. All 3 codes worked with free delivery. Works on alcohol which is awesome.

  • Ordered, thanks. Hope they don't cancel it it without notifying me like they did with the Entertainment Book voucher deal a while ago ;)

  • pretty good deal. we use the aldi "mamia" nappies for our 30 month old but the huggies are much better for newborns. at 33$ a box at woolies, they are quite pricey though compared to mamia. this deal makes it the same price as mamias (almost)

  • +2

Thanks OP. Just ordered for $98 with free delivery using TENOFF50 and SAVE514. Couldn't get any of the other codes to work to bring it down further, but great price nonetheless.

  • thanks OP ordered 4 boxes of nappies! free delivery too

  • thanks OP,great price! :)

  • -1

Indeed very good deal for Huggies. Though I still prefer to buy Aldi's Mamia Nappies for only $11.49, which is their everyday price.

  • +1

Thanks OP! Used rewarda1 (10% off when you spend $110), SAVE514 and TENOFF50. The rewarda1 doesn't works on my account, but it works on my wife's account.

    Total: $114
    Discount: $32.80
    Total: $81.20

Paid it with my 5% off entertainment gift cards
Awesome deal! Long time since the days of entertainment codes.

  • Only SAVE514 worked for me.

  • This def deserves a + !!! just ordered, free delivery next day. Beats lugging all those nappies around the shopping centre.

  • Thanks OP!! Got 4 boxes for $97 (had to pay $11 delivery fee!) not complaining still good!

  • Awesome! Bought nappies and decided to try out doing the weekly shop online - order is in, free delivery Sunday morning and saved a lot with these codes - what more could you ask for! Thanks OP!

  • rewarda1 not working for me…applied the other 2 codes fine…thanks OP!

  • awesome, thanks op

toysrus are selling for $28 at the moment, for those who dont want to buy 4:-

    • +2

My toys r us at doncaster is always out of stock the minute they go on sale.

  • Looks save514 only works once per account. Tenoff50 works multiple times.

  • Worked fine for me. Even got free delivery for tomorrow (not the weekend)

  • If you have ING card, go to a store buy a couple of 50 dollars gift cards in seperate transactions. Get 5% rebate. Use the card to buy the nappies, get another $4.9 back :D

  • This indeed the best deal thus far….

  • Thanks OP, got 3 boxes plus another item for $11, total came to $101.16. I then used tenoff50 followed by Save 514,it all came to $81.16 after disc. Plus, free delivery for tomorrow.

  • +1

Perfect with our newborn who is getting their way through the newborn nappies

Now we have 3 boxes of Infant and 1 of Crawler in storage :) Added a few other items from their weekly specials that I saw on here too….

    Great day of Ozbargaining :)

  • Best deal by farr!! Especially when I have two kids in nappies… Advice!!! For newborn parents buy the infant ones the newborns are too small and they get out of them too quick always stock up on crawler as the weight group is 6-11kg since they won't grow that quick in that group!

  • I mentioned this deal to the mrs. She said Ritchies in Berwick (VIC) has a mum manager running a constant special of $25/box?!

Never heard it before, and I'm not sure how it's sustainable.

    • Really?! that sounds really good… Do you know if you have to join or something along those lines?

  • has anyone else got an "out of stock" email from woolies today? Pretty disappointed that they said they're out of stock on the jumbo girls crawler and doesn't mention anything about delivering at a later date..just that I will get my refund back in 3-5 days.

    • Are you really surprised? With almost 4000 clicks and people buying 4 boxes at a time this does not surprise me at all, and I don't think you will be the only one receiving that email. Don't forget these coupons can be used for other Woolworths specials too, not just nappies.

    • contact them to ask?

    • is there another store you can try? i have 3 within driving range, one has no stock, the other 2 do.

  • Yep got the out of stock message just 2 hrs ago. Annoying considering I out in my order as soon as I saw this bargain
