Beware: Lebara Issue Porting Out [pre-paid]

I bought a few "Telstra $30 starter kit" on sale and a few $2 Lebara sim cards.
In the past I had no problem porting in/out with Lebara.
But this week I encounter a problem porting my number out (wait more than 2 working days). Lebara try to block my number as Telstra porting team reported an error "DOB does not match" (as this isn't correct, all information provided match).
I contacted Lebara and been told I have to recharge 1st before I can port out and my number is inactive now and will be disconnect within 2 days if not recharge…so my number was in Lebara "grey area".
To make it short I'd to call Lebara a few times and threaten them I'll report to ACCC if they keep block my number to port out…and finally Lebara's operator said she will update it.
So wondering did you guys ever had these problem or Im the 1st?
In the future if it happen again how do we go about it? Report to ACCC? and sometime you might loss your number too if porting time taken too long before ACCC action taken.

    Are you thinking about reporting Telstra to the ACCC for telling Lebara about the non-matching DOB, or reporting Lebara for blocking in response to Telstras security info.
