What's the most you would pay for a 2nd hand Galaxy S4?

Hey Guys,
I'm looking for a used Galaxy s4. From looking at ebay ~$300 is the cheapest I've found (screen not cracked, network locked). Does this seem like good value or should I keep looking?

    you said network locked. Don't you need network unlocked?

      I've read that Galaxy S4s are easy to unlock (source:xda)
