Great time to have this on sale as this was on A Current Affair tonight.

      Hi,

This sale has been on for a few weeks now. We are aware of the story that A Current Affair aired. However, a number of factors can affect an individual's response to any product in question, including personal related allergens, safe and hygienic protocols used at nail salons/at home and incorrect removal or application of product. There are also many individuals who have used CND shellac and experienced adverse effects. In terms of the dangers of UV exposure with the lamps, we sell LED lamps too which are safer and only take half the time to cure the gel than a UV lamp does.

There is always too much drama on ACA.

I've used Bluesky many times and had no problems at all. Reviews on different web-sites are good as well. I won't be surprised if CND "sponsored" that episode on ACA.

  • This again…
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/117147
Some people are happy to go cheap, but cheap out on chemicals that are designed to stick to your nails, you've gotta be crazy!
Its like going blindfolded into mocdonalds and having a burger cheese.
The only reason this company is around is they use the word Shellac on the website!
    Shellac is CND Shellac
This is bluesky UV gel with the word shellac added on to give it the cheeseburger effect!

    • Once again, our products don't just "stick to your nails" and damage them. Unfortunately, improper removal of any gel, not just Bluesky, will result in damage due to the base coat not being dissolved in enough acetone for it to be removed. It has nothing to do with the quality of the Bluesky gel itself. The story that aired on ACA was misleading, misinformed and untrue, particularly in isolating one incident of a customer that had a negative experience. Any product can have adverse effects on someone, be it makeup, food or nail gels. Bluesky is a fabulous gel that is both affordable and of high quality, which is why it has become so popular.

  • You can just use any nail polish and then dry it with a UV light… o_O

I'm not sure what is so special about this one.
