Ordered xbox one on sat 17th, as of tonigth order status is still "awaiting fulfilment". Rang customer service Wednesday and today and both days they said they contacted the warehouse and confirmed it will ship that day. I think they are straight up making it up. I fear it may be a while before i see my xbox.
Is it worth ringing Dicks head office, any advice on recourse of action?
