Thought I'd post this in the forums as an FYI.
"Steam's game streaming has now officially come out of beta and is free for all users.
This now allows you to play your library on any device that can run the Steam client (currently Windows, OSX and variant of Linux) even if it can't run or store the games which makes it ideal for laptops, HPTCs and Win8.1(not RT) tablets.
You must have a PC running Steam on your local network to be able to use this feature
While it was technically free as part of the beta this is specifically for non-beta users to enjoy."
