I am thinking of going to Blue Mountains for a day over the weekend with friends. Are there any discount vouchers for the Scenic Cable Railways and Jenolan Caves?
I have googled but can't find any. Also, anything else you would recommend that I see while I am up there?

It is quite a way from Katoomba to the caves. Would be a long day.
It's about an hour from Katoomba to the caves…depending on who is driving, the traffic down to the caves (although they have really improved this), etc. I'd suggest staying a night in Katoomba if you can, as it would be a lot to see and do if you wanted to do both.
I've gone to the caves twice, both times staying in Katoomba. First time we took a bus from Katoomba to Jenolean…decent option, but takes longer and more expensive. Second time we were lucky enough to have a car and just drove in ourselves.
The caves are awesome, and the views and hikes from Echo Point are great as well…
Unless you are really interested in caves, I wouldn't bother going to the Jenolan caves, its not for everyone.
I'd spend my times doing the touristy bush walks, they're quite good.
I do quite a bit of bushwalking further off trail, but still appreciate the touristy parts.
Jenolan is a great spot. IIRC any cave ticket purchase comes with 50% coupon for use the next day onwards for a up to a year.
As its a barcode with no obvious date attached you could send one person in at full price (or concession if someone is eligible) and then have them come out and then the rest of you go order the rest of the tickets separately with the new voucher.
If I ever stayed overnight in the Blue Mountains I would have to stay at the Hydro Majestic - not because its a great hotel (Tripadvisor seems to suggest its not) but because I love that Deco look.
It isn't open at the moment. It is due to reopen later this year, when it promises to be 5 star.
Anyone who buys Jenolan Caves tickets is entitled to get half price tickets for the next year. Try and see if any of your friends have old tickets
