Agree. Don't think the rt v1 should be more than this really
with surface 3 out, it makes it a very hard sell especially if its RT

This thing is using an old tegra 3, looking at $300+ by the time you get it here with no warranty. It was around $200 earlier this year for local model with warranty, not really a bargain at this price.
It was $223 for the 32GB model
This is 64GB and comes with the touch cover which easily costs $70+Not saying this is a good deal but you're not comparing apples w/ tomatoes.

May not be a fantastic deal but IMO no all that bad if you need this type of device. I bought the 32GB version (when it was on sale) for my daughter to use as a BYOD at school. It's been a great device for that purpose and when you compare it 'hands-on' to some of the alternatives, it fairs pretty good (especially if you value the included MS office licensing).

Keep in mind this is the RT version not the pro. Its also surface 1 when 3 was just announced.
