    Yeh that looks dodgy as..

Guess was one of those brands with stature, but they've lost it … :(

    • These sales have been going on for the past few years. I guess they don't really have much use for older stock, the only DFO is in Melbourne.

Don't get me wrong, great price! But I'd never pay RRP for Guess…

  • You bought 10 pairs of jeans?!?!
The last pair i bought was 5 years ago, wear em maybe 3 times a week, still going strong!

    • denim don't last that long, unless you don't wash them regularly.

    • I didn't aim to buy 10, I just grabbed one of each style in my size and lo and behold.

  • Do they have iphone case for sale? I bought some online but the quality is too bad.

    • They have Galaxy S4 cases and pouches for iPhone 4 / 4S for $15 but no iPhone cases as per se.
They also have iPad Mini cases for $20.

  • My wife went to this and bought a few shoes and shirts, but one of the shoes disintegrated when she took it out of the box. We called GUESS head office next day but the woman was very rude, telling us there is absolutely no warranty, and they will not exchange or refund. I told her that's illegal, they MUST provide a repair, exchange or refund for a faulty product. She then said there were signs stating that no warranty was provided for any good purchased, which again is completely illegal. When I told her that was also illegal, she told my wife she should have checked the shoes before buying them, and that it was her fault she purchased a broken shoe. Then she hung up on us.

I'm going to email GUESS today about it, and hope they provide better support. If not, I'll have to deal with the ACCC.

If anybody else has issues, let me know so I can send you the relevant web pages from the ACCC site.
