    Is this a true "high back" chair? just had a quick look at the dimensions and then at the picture, and the chair doesn't look that big at all. how tall would someone have to be for sitting to be uncomfortable?

    Will the high density foam base retain its cushion after 5 years of use? Every chair I purchase the cushion always flattens after a couple of years and it becomes uncomfortable to sit on. If that happens within 5 years would that be considered under warranty? thanks in advance
