DeRosa R838 105 Carbon Road Bike $1599 + Shipping

50

Cycling Express have a DeRosa R838 105 carbon road bike for sale at the moment for $1599, which is a 46% discount.
Shipping looks to be extra, but I'm not sure how much without creating an account.

DeRosa is a premium Italian brand with a considerable heritage, so I'd look at this favourably over some no-name bikes that are appearing on sale.

There is a decent range of sizes left.

  • your link shows out of stock, double checked and you might be confusing this with the Azzuri. this is their regular price for that

    that's a better deal.

ill update the main link if this works properly.

    • that's better.

Still not a great deal, but if you need the name on your frame then i guess this is ok.

  • +1

Use code 'extra15' for an extra 15% off. With the discount OK deal. Full carbon frame compared to the Reid one listed earlier this afternoon which was alloy with carbon forks (at less price mind you). Mostly a 105 groupset, tektro brakes are cheap and easy to upgrade to 105 from somewhere like merlincycles in the UK if you feel you need to. Wheels aren't great but a set of RS11's can be picked up from Merlin for about $150.00, heavy but in line with this entry level package.

    • extra15 is not valid for this item (or any other clearance items). Which is not very nice of them.

The main banners say 15% off storewide. Then the promo page has exclusions on it. IMO missleading advertising to claim storewide. Hey cycling express you wanna write storewide, it should be storewide!

  • cyclingexpress.com seem to "recycling" this deal and others for a very long time - and usually don't have a variety of sizes.
