Looking to find a nice chunk of meat like at the kebab shop for the weekend. Does anyone know how on earth I would do that? Sydney area, south west if possible.

Go to your kebab shop and ask them to order an extra chunk for you, however much you want. Most places will be happy to cater for that but obviously they'll add a bit on top of what they paid.
