I really feel the quality of the Humble Bundle has gone down hill in the last 6 months. All crappy phone type indy games, no big title games, with ridiculous higher end tiers ($15+). Seems to have lost its way.
This is the weekly bundle? Weekly bundle has always been static prices and expensive.
But I agree that the quality dropped. I think the issue is with indie developers rather than humble bundle. They won't have quality games in the bundle unless they ask the indie developers and none of them are willing to give to humble bundle. Most probably expecting to earn big bucks themselves.
I agree with this as well. However there was a pretty good one (imo) a few weeks back that had: Risen 1 & 2, Sacred 2, Saints Row 2 & 3 + DLC, Dead Island GOTY + Riptide, Metro 2033 and Sacred Citadel, all for $9. If I want indie games for a good price I will use Indie Gala, Indie Royale or Bundle Stars.
Yeah, that Saints Row bundle was great, I picked it up as well.
It seems that the good bundles come out maybe once every 6 months.
I guess at the start the deals were good because it was a marketing campaign to promote the soon to be open humble store. Once they got enough email addresses they open the store and you could get ok prices from there, but the humble bundles as we knew them are gone.
For anyone who is interested the first 2 tiers are individual keys so you can gift the ones you already own.
The Night of The Rabbit looks good, and it's the cheapest it's ever been.
You might want to update the middle tier - it's actually Beat the Average, not set at $3.32.
