Free Travel Insurance from Bank platinum credit card

Hi,
I have a NAB QANTAS PLAT credit card which has complimentary travel insurance for the family.
I believe the underwriters are QBE.

Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) claiming from these free travel insurance?

Believe that it's Chubb (or at least was).
I rang NAB to get info on my insurance coverage, and was given a Chubb contact number to call.

Chubb is the insurance provider until the end of June, then it changes to QBE from what I was told.
