Yesterday around 2pm I made some cash deposit in the nab atm via envelope that the machine supplied and choosing the right account. My online statment showed that money has been deposited, And this morning that amount disappeared? Also my money should be cleared by now.
I gave nab a call and they called up the branch to check and I should receive a call sometime today, has anyone had this problem before? If my monies still does not show up what can be done?

I have had similar incidents before. Usually they will count up how much cash is actually in the ATM, and will cross check with the system. You should be able to get your money back
