Bosch did the same deal last year and it lasted about 2 weeks, hence the guesstimate expiry date of June 15th. Buy $999+ of Bosch Blue tools or laser equipment IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION and submit your receipt. There are 500 GoPros so once they run out so does the deal. Non-store specific but not sure about eBay etc, I believe it has to be a genuine Australian retailer. There's a drop down menu on the redemption page of stores which qualify. Limit 1 GoPro per person.
I did some research and Sydney Tools has a Bosch Blue 18v planer (Model: Bosch GHO 18V LI, Item ID: 18518), if you buy it as a kit ($429) including batteries & charger you also can redeem a 18v 4.0 LiIon battery, not visible on their website but they published it in their sale flyer. I called the store just in case and Rob confirmed it. Hard to locate web links to the GoPro deal, some tool stores had a banner up but have now removed it not sure why.
Good deal if you need tools, even better if you can write them off as a work expense, otherwise probably quite expensive, but free stuff.
