Who oversees superfund income protection insurance complaints?

I'm not sure who would be best to contact? I'm not talking, "get me a lawyer" just yet, but wondering if anyone here had to resort to filing a complaint re: foot-dragging & little to no communication from the super-fund "entity" as far as keeping me apprised of what is happening with a claim.

Claim started in 2013— takes 3-4 emails/phone calls only to be told it's "in-process". Six months? All payslips & doctors reports submitted months ago…Is this normal?
