Received an email from the Beauty Club inviting me to complete their survey in exchange for a small gift. Completed this short survey twice, as a member and a non-member, and the gift both times was a $5 voucher using code MEMBER14, looks generic, so you probably don't have to do the survey.
Can't comment on site, I haven't used it, but prices appear to include free shipping, so the voucher would be worthwhile for the cheaper items, or if they stock something you are planning to buy. They seem to have a pretty wide range of skincare and beauty products, fragrances etc
