Don't buy that purple knife shown in the picture (or any colourful knives from that range)- they are just normal knives with paint on them, and they leave flakes of paint in your cheese.
You've tried these M&W knives? I've had this set for a year and they are just awesome. Sharp as the day I bought them, and no flakes to be found in any cheese :)

Yep, that's the exact set I had. Now all in the recycling bin. Husband was a chef so I'll trust him if he says they are rubbish (or perhaps he just wears them out faster!).
