Cheapest Phone Option

Grandma has recently been moved to a high-care facility due to physical issues, so I'm coming to the community with this question:

If I want to check up on her, what's the best dial-in (home-phone line preferred) plan available?

From a very brief overview:

  • Telstra: $22.95/month
  • Optus: $22/month
  • Vaya: $39/month

Anyone else care to chime in on this matter?
