Wonder if any one have used Direct Connect for their moving connection services. Came across on Google and thinking about using them. Any idea?

I used direct connect for my water and electricity and it was a pretty quick and painless process.
They connected my electricity to lumo energy which isn't the cheapest but it isn't too bad.
The water was just connected to the only provider in the area so yeee
