That's not the Day One Edition (if that's even worth the extra) and not everybody has walk in access to a dicksmith. Otherwise it's a good alternative.

As someone who has played the game I can tell you those "upgrades" will do jack-all in the actual game.
I see. Pretty bad list of "DLC". More like EA-type paid cheats.
