I'm so torn as to whether or not i should buy one of these. So hard buying clothes online! I know it's wool, but can anyone comment how warm this jacket is?

I bought merino jumpers from these guys and small fits me perfectly. So should i get small or extra small jacket?
we have a returns centre in Sydney that you can send back to for a full refund. The jacket is quite thick so is warm.

Btw, I wear "L" for the merino V neck jumper with a slight slack around waist and elbow.i'm 165 66kg and use XS is on the loose side, so S or M depend on what sort of fit u are after

I own 2.. Highly recommend..the size is a bit larger than implied. For eg- i normally went medium, but the medium jacket was quite oversized for me.
got a refund hassle free and ordered small. Pls remember that returns are not free and does cost a fortune if living in country areaRep- can i get extra chocolates..They are jus yum!! ( ordered 2 more)
Ordered two. Looks good. A bit funny that the checkout has a Amex logo but when you try to pay with Amex is says Amex not accepted.
I have found that ordering a size down from what you usually wear, works out in terms of fitment.
Might want to add $10 postage to title.
But great deal!Dammit I just ordered 4, 2 for me and 2 for a mate, both bigger lads and we bought the XXL size. Maybe should have ordered the XL instead.

Mate..I have had the same issue as you in the past. Postage is at your own expense. Email them before your order is dispatched
Happen to be in NZ and tried some on - they are a bit larger around the shoulders than normal for the size but I found a little tight around the arms / chest. Might be more suited to someone a little more "athletic" than me…
There could be many forms of athleticisim :D

A lot of on-line retailers could learn from their Customer Service D:I find their sizes to be very similar to the sizes at Rivers. So you can use that as a guide and try the jackets at Rivers before buying.

Very happy with HB's in the past - quality seems good for the price and the delivery is fast.Got the jackets today. Nice. Definitely glad I didn't order a L. Even the medium is pretty big. But it's bloody cold in Canberra so I don't care!
Also taking the jackets out of the bag, they smell pretty strong. So maybe air the jackets out for awhile before wearing them.
